Heard Mr. Zede, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent No.1 - the State of Maharashtra.

Pursuant to order of Division Bench dated 08.01.2025 and subsequent orders dated 15.01.2025 and 24.01.2025 passed by this Court, it is seen that Applicant before me has already been referred to State Government run Hospital viz. King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEM Hospital) and he has undergone certain consultation as per the report submitted by Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals in the Gastroenterology Department.

Mr. Zede would inform that Applicant was taken to hospital on 06.02.2025 and he has yet to undergo certain tests. Corrected / Modified order as per Speaking to the Minutes of order dated 11.02.2025. 1 of 2

Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP shall inform the hospital to prepare a report and place it before Court within a period of two weeks from today.
