By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in prayer clause (I). "I.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to release the Applicant on regular bail on such terms and conditions in connection with C. R. No. 270 of 2024 registered at Vadgaon Maval Police Station, Pune (Rural) on 06/06/2024 for the offence punishable u/s. 302, 326, 324, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and U/s. 4(25) & 4(27) of Arms Act on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

On 10.04.2026, this Court has passed the following order :- "1. Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

2. The Learned APP, on instructions, submit that, investigation officer inquired with the concerned authority of forensic laboratory, the concerned authority informed the investigating officer that, they are now examining the samples given to them of year 2020 and the present case is of year 2024 and it will take time.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submit that, applicant is behind bars for more than around 2 years, but forensic lab report is not received. On last date, this court had directed the Investigation Officer to collect the forensic lab report of CCTV footage.

4. Considering the submissions of all learned counsel's, call the report from Additional Chief Secretary Home about the availability of the forensic lab in Maharashtra and work load thereon, and the average time taken by the each laboratory to dispose of the application issued by them, by next date.

5. In the report, it also be called whether state government is going to establish more forensic lab in Maharashtra considering the pendency of Criminal Cases.

6. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 6.

On 11.06.2026, this Court has passed the following order :-

1. Mr. Ameet Palkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State submits that the Forensic Report is now available and the same is handed over to Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant.

2. Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, requests for listing of this Application on 15.06.2026 to make a statement. At his request and by consent of Mr. Ameet Palkar, list this Bail Application on 15.06.2026 "First on Board".

Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court, in view of the change in the circumstances, which has arisen on account of the receipt of the forensic report of CCTV. This request is not opposed by Mr. Ameet Palkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court. If such an Application filed, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 7.

Criminal Bail Application No. 521 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn.
