Learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that FIR is filed on 6th June, 2024 whereas the raid in which the Applicant was apprehended with alleged contraband of 165 grams of Mephedrone (MD carried out on 7th June, 2024 i.e. after lodging of the FIR. 3.

Learned APP shall look into the aforesaid dichotomy and take appropriate instructions and apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
