The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

He submits that this is second bail application. It is further submitted that the trial has not proceeded further. The applicant/accused is in jail since 14.10.2023 i.e. for almost 2 years. Therefore, he requested for expediting the trial. Rgd.

Considering above facts and circumstances, this Court has called for the status report of the trial, which shows that there are total 4 accused persons named in the trial. It further appears that the trial is separated against accused nos.1 and 2, and also charge is framed against them. Therefore, considering this situation, I deem it appropriate to consider the prayer made by the applicant. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of this order. In case the trial is not completed within the said period, the applicant is at liberty to move fresh application for grant of bail. Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
