This Applicant is indicted under the provisions of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Principal grievance is Complainant namely Parmeshwar Dyandeo Sonawane whose statement has been recorded on 20.01.2024 and appended at page No.36 has not signed the Complaint. Mr. Gogavale also informs the Court he was also not a part of raiding party. 3.

Learned APP shall take appropriate instructions from Investigating Officer and make his submissions accordingly. 4.
