By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 585 of 2024 registered with Karad City Police Station, Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 408, 465, 467, 471, 120(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC" for short) and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999.

Mr. Shailesh Chavan, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that Criminal Bail Application No. 375 of 2024, filed by the Applicant was rejected on 17th January 2025. He submits that the charge-sheet is filed subsequent to the dismissal of said Bail Application and as such, there is change in circumstance. He therefore craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in view of the change in circumstance arising out of filing of the chargesheet. Leave as prayed for is granted. 4.

Shriram Chaudhari, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that the charge-sheet has been filed on 21st February 2025.

In the event any fresh Bail Application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
