Heard Mr. Kale, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for Respondent.

Applicant is incarcerated for more than five years as informed by Mr. Kale. He would submit that there is ground of parity which he pleads in view of Supreme Court order enlarging co-accused on bail. That order is appended at page No.230 of Application. 3.

When asked about antecedents of Applicant, Mr. Kale would inform the Court there are antecedents but he does not have the details.

Mr. Kulkarni shall take appropriate instructions and submit the details of antecedents on the next adjourned date. 5.
