The grievance of Applicant is that he was summoned to appear before Thane Sessions Court pursuant to filing of charge-sheet. He presented himself and on that very day without assigning any grounds he was taken in custody by Sessions Court. 3.

Respondent shall file appropriate Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of four weeks from today. Copy of Application shall be served on Applicant.
