When I called Mr. P.V. Navlani, learned Advocate for the applicant in Criminal Application (BA) No.1000/2025 he stated that the said application is filed by N.G.O. Varad Sanstha and the applicant was not knowing about it and it was not also disclosed to him by the applicant. Said application i.e. Criminal Application (BA) No.1000/2025 was heard and finally disposed of. 4.
