Learned Prosecutor Mr. Patil has filed leave note. In that view of the matter and considering the incarceration and date of arrest of the Applicant on 9th September, 2024 and more specificallly the submission made by Mr. Dubey, learned Advocate for Applicant that though the offence was registered in 2016 and in the interregnum the Applicant was not arrested and he has been arrested after chargesheet was filed, the present Application deserves to be heard for bail. 3.

Due to paucity of time the Application cannot be listed next week as requested by the learned Advocate for Applicant. Hence, liberty to Applicant is granted to move the vacation Court, if so desired.
