Heard Mr. Prandarwala, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Haldankar learned APP for Respondent.

After hearing Mr. Prandarwala and perusing record of the case, when I expressed my disinclination to grant present Application, pursuant to which Mr. Prandarwala would persuade the Court to consider passing a directions for expeditious disposal of trial. 3.

Considering the fact that Applicant is incarcerated from 24.01.2023 for past more than 2 years 2 months, Trial Court is directed by this Court to expedite hearing and completion of the trial as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law. 4.

Needless to state that it shall be open to Applicant to approach the Court for bail, if trial is not completed and concluded
