Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the amendment is carried out in terms of the order dated 28th July, 2025. He submits that Applicant wants to produce documents in support of the contentions raised by way of amendment, which documents remained to be produced at the time of seeking amendment. 2.

Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for Respondent-State does not object to the production of the documents, as such Applicant is granted leave to produce the said documents. Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar states that the documents will be produced within two days from today. He submits that there is urgency in the matter and requests for a date in the next week. He suggests 20th August, 2025. 3.

At the request of Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 20th August, 2025.
