The learned A.P.P. has tendered the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 25th September 2024 in Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) No.10434 of 2024. The said appeal was filed by the co-accused in the present crime before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. By the said order the Hon'ble Supreme Court has issued certain directions in relation to examination of prosecution witnesses. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Zeenat Pathan

904-BA-573-2025.doc prosecution till date has not examined even a single witness. In that view of the matter, the prosecution shall file the appropriate affidavit mentioning the reasons for non-examination of witnesses.
