Mr. Salman Pathan, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant is having serious medical conditions requiring immediate medical attention, which is not available in the jail. He therefore requests the matter to be taken up out of turn. 3.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that she would call for a report on the medical condition of the Applicant from the Jail Authorities. She fairly states that considering the urgency in the matter as expressed by Mr. Salman Pathan, learned Advocate, such medical report will be called by 4th July 2025.
