After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief, Mr.Takle, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with a liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after four months, if the trial does not progress substantially. 2.

Mr.Dabke, learned APP, on instructions, states that the prosecution intends to examine only 8 witnesses, one of which is already in the witness box. In these circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of this order. 1st October 2025
