This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.201 of 2024 registered with Nayanagar Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 3.
