Heard Mr. Gadling, learned Advocate for Applicant; Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent - State and Ms. Varhdan, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2.

There is some discrepancy in the present Bail Application as received. Bail Application is received from Jail in respect of C.R. No.577 of 2019. However, there is Annexure - 3 appended to the said letter which has been received from Jail addressed to the Chief Justice of this Court in respect of Crime No.557 of 2019. 3.

Registry/Department shall examine the case papers thoroughly, if both crimes are required to be registered separately, the same shall be segregated in accordance with the practice followed by

907.BA.589.25.doc this Court. Both crime shall be registered and lodged with a separate Bail Application number.

In the meanwhile, Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP is directed by this Court to take appropriate instructions about the same. Copy of charge-sheet and the Bail Application in C.R. No.557 of 2019 which pertains to Sessions Case No.498 of 2020 shall placed by her on record.

Registry / Department shall go through the contents of the present Application wherein two separate letters received from Jail one pertaining to C.R. No.577 of 2019 and second pertaining to C.R. No.557 of 2019 are kept in the same matter. Registry shall make an appropriate report to the Court so that this Court can take up hearing of the correct Bail Application.

In the meanwhile, appointment of the appointed Advocate shall remain as it is until the aforesaid issue gets resolved. 7.
