Crime involved in the present case is registered under the POCSO Act. Hence, Issue notice to the Respondent. Advocate for Applicant is directed to serve a copy of the Application alongwith a copy of this order to the concerned Investigating Officer. 2.

The Investigating Officer is directed to depute a lady Police Officer to get appropriate instructions from Respondent No.2 - victim / legal guardian of victim as to whether she requires legal representation to espouse her cause and apprise the Court on the next date adjourned date upon which this Court shall take further steps to appoint Advocate from legal aid, if so required. 3.
