The facts in the present case are prima facie gross. Applicant is incarcerated for 1 year and 9 months having been apprehended for being in possession of 60 grams of MD. Ms. Palanpurwala draws my attention to the Application effected and made for carrying out the chemical analyses which is appended at page No.40 of the Application wherein the alleged contraband sent for chemical analyses is codeine phosphate bottles.

Learned Prosecutor shall immediately take cognizance of the aforesaid discrepancy and ascertain its veracity and apprise the Court
