At the very outset, Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP representing the State, submits that insofar as Applicant, namely Samiullah Ahesanullah Khan in Bail Application No.594 of 2025 is concerned, there are eight antecedents against him.

Ms. Bhosale, on instructions, submits that the trial has commenced. On the basis of the statement made by Ms. Bhosale, Mr. Kamlesh Satre, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. Permission is granted.

Insofar as the Applicant, namely Mohammad Hajiz Mohammd Atiq Shaikh @ Babu in Bail Application No.466 of 2025 is concerned, Ms. Bhosale informs that the charge is framed and the prosecution intends to examine only 10 witnesses. She further submits that there are two antecedents against the Applicant; one in respect of the IPC and other in respect of the NDPS offence.

On the basis of the statement made by Ms. Bhosale, Mr. Mooman, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. Permission is granted.

Both the Bail Applications are disposed of as withdrawn.

Since the trial has already commenced and the prosecution intends to examine only 10 witnesses, the Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date on which this order is placed before it. (DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J)
