Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is seeking bail on the ground of long incarceration. He further submits that though, the trial is progressing, however till date prosecution has examined only 5 out of the 17 witnesses. He submits that the trial would be delayed at the pace the same is proceeding.
