By the present application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C. R. No.241 of 2017 registered with Sangli City Police Station, Sangli for the offences punishable under Sections 166, 137, 177, 182, 193, 195(A), 201, 202, 203, 211, 217, 218 r/w. S. 34 of IPC. Applicant has sought for the following reliefs.

" (a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to release the Applicant/ Original Accused No.1 on certain terms and conditions on bail in connection with C. R. No.241/2017 registered at Sangli City Police Station Sangli District Sangli, lodged U/s. 166, 137, 177, 182, 193, 195(A), 201, 202, 203, 211, 217, 218 r/w. S. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. in

903-ba-611-2025.doc Sessions Case No 20 of 2019, before Ld. Additional Sessions Court Sangli on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper;" 3.

Mr. Ramanik Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant reiterates that the Applicant in the present application is seeking bail in C. R. 241 of 2017 registered with Sangli City Police Station, District Sangli which is registered as Sessions Case No.20 of 2019 and is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge Sangli. 4.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State on instructions of the Investigation Officer present in Court submits that the Applicant was not arrested in the crime referred by the Applicant in paragraph No.9(a) of the bail Application. She tenders a notice dated 11.07.2018 by which the Applicant was called upon to cooperate with the Investigation. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State, on instructions of the Investigation Officer states that the Applicant was not arrested in the said crime and that the Investigation Officer does not need custody of the Applicant in the crime referred to in the Bail Application. In view of the statements made by Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP, Mr. Ramanik Pawar learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant submits that the bail Application can be disposed off on the basis of the said statements. Statements made by Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP are accepted. Bail Application No.611 of 2025 is disposed off.
