Ms.Tidke, learned APP, submits that the trial is almost concluded as three witnesses have been examined and only five witnesses remain to be examined.

Mr.Bukhari, learned counsel for the Applicant, has argued and brought to my attention the statement of the victim girl recorded before the Trial Court, which clearly indicates that she has no memory of the incident having taken 7th November 2025 This order is corrected as per the Speaking to the Minutes order dated 24th November, 2025.

In the meantime, the present Bail Application is kept pending, considering the statement recorded before the Trial Court.
