Heard Ms. Charania, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent - the State of Maharashtra. 2.

Ms. Ganapathy would submit that she has received instructions to submit that Applicant was referred for certain tests to the Government Hospital but she does not have the details about the same. It is directed that an appropriate report shall be placed by the Chief Medical Officer of Prison Hospital of Thane Central Prison to that effect. I direct this because from the one page prisoner's report dated 17.02.2025 it is prima facie seen that Applicant is suffering from pulmonary Tuberculosis with complaint of recurrent production of cough as also having knee related issue. Applicant is 64 years old. If condition of Applicant is such that he would be a threat due to his
