On instructions received from the medical officer of Thane Central Prison who is present in Court, Applicant in the present case has breathed his last at 01:45 a.m. today morning. 3.

In that view of the matter, Bail Application is rendered infructuous.

Mr. Khan would submit that cause of death of Applicant be informed to relatives of Applicant who are instructing him. 5.

There are two Medical reports on record which Court has taken cognizance of in its previous order copies of which have been given to learned Advocate for Applicant. Any steps which are required
