Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties.. 2.

In pursuance of order dated 05.05.2025 and insofar as Respondent No. 2 in BA No. 629/25 is concerned, learned APP has placed on record report of the concerned Police Station dated 07.05.2025. It is stated in the said report that despite substantial efforts made by concerned Investigating Officer (IO) to trace Respondent No. 2 for effecting service of the papers on her, she is not traceable. In that view of the matter, BA No. 629/25 cannot be protracted. Representation on behalf of Respondent No. 2 can be taken care of by appointing Advocate trough Legal Aid expressly. Hence, I requested Advocate Ms. Mallika Sharma to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No. 2 in BA 629/25 and assist the Court in that regard. She has accepted the request made by Court. Hence, I appoint Ms. Mallika Sharma, learned Advocate practicing in this Court (Contact No. 9820725665) to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No. 2 in BA 629/25 through the Legal Aid.

Mr. Nizam, learned Advocate for Applicant has handed over copy of BA No. 629/25 to Ms. Sharma in Court itself. Ms. Sharma is directed to go through the same and get ready in the matter. 4.

I am informed that Advocate Mr. Rohan D. Kaiche along with Advocate Ms. Susan Matthew are representing and espousing the cause of Respondent No. 2 - victims in BA Nos. 627/25, 628/25 & 630/25 on pro bono basis. Mr. Kaiche has made a statement before the Court that said Respondents victims are not financially well off and hence they are appearing for the vitims pro bono on the request made by their father to him. In that view of the matter, I appoint Mr. Rohan D. Kaiche, learned Advocate practicing in this Court (Contact No. 8623879630) to represent and espouse the cause of cause of Respondent No. 2 victims in BA Nos. 627/25, 628/25 & 630/25 through the Legal Aid.

High Court Legal Services Committee shall give appointment letters to the aforesaid appointed Advocates to that effect to represent and espouse the cause of the victims in the aforesaid Bail Applications. 6.

At the request made by Mr. Nizam, learned Advocate for Applicant and the fact that Applicant is incarcerated in prison for the past 2 years and 9 months in offences according to him which will entail a maximum punishment of 5 years only, liberty is given to the

Advocate for the Applicant to move the Vacation Court in view of the impending summer vacation after giving due notice to the prosecution and the learned appointed Advocates.
