The applicant is an accused in Sessions Case No.83 of 2022. The applicant has filed the present application for bail with a grievance that though he has filed the bail application before the Sessions Court in September-2024, the same is still pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned Additional Sessions Judge, before whom the Sessions Case No.83 of 2022 is pending shall decide the Bail Application at Exhibit-69 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 3.
