"1. The applicant is an accused in Sessions Case No.83 of 2022. The applicant has filed the present application for bail with a grievance that though he has filed the bail application before the Sessions Court in September-2024, the same is still pending.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned Additional Sessions Judge, before whom the Sessions Case No.83 of 2022 is pending shall decide the Bail Application at Exhibit-69 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the above order, the learned Sessions Court has rejected the Bail Application filed by the present applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to place on record the copy of the said order. Leave as sought is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith. 3.
