Applicant - accused has filed the present Application for regular bail in connection with Crime No. 105 of 2019 registered with Borivali Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, under Section 4, 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and under Section 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
