Applicant - accused has filed the present Application for regular bail in connection with Crime No. 1352 of 2024 registered with Ambernath Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 64(1), 64(2)(m), 64(2)(I), 76, 332, 118(1), 115(2), 351(2) and 324(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 37(1) and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, 1951. 3.

Victim has been impleaded as Respondent No.2. Hence, issue notice to Respondents made returnable on 4th March, 2025. Humdast permitted. Learned APP waives service one behalf of Respondent-State.
