CORAM : R.M. JOSHI , J.

DATE : 9TH MARCH, 2026.

P.C. :- 1.

During the course of the hearing, learned APP informs the Court that trial has already commenced and out of 8 witnesses, 3 witnesses have been examined. It is her contention that the trial can be concluded expeditiously and hence there is no propriety in passing any order on this application. 2.

Considering the fact that the trial has already 1/2

21-ba647-25.doc commenced, this Court does not find it appropriate to record any findings even prima-facie on the merit of the case. Instead liberty is granted to the Applicant to move the fresh application for bail in case trial does not get over within a period of six months from today.
