Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Dabke, learned APP, on instructions, submits that the prosecution proposes to examine only 4-5 witnesses and the trial is likely to conclude within a period of six months.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to revive the prayer for bail in the event the trial is not concluded within the said period. 4.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.318 of 2023 arising from C.R.No.230 of 2023 is requested to commence and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 7 months from the date of communication of the order. In the event, the trial is not SSP 1/2
