Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, at the outset, submitted that charges are framed and the recording of evidence has commenced. The examination-in-chief of PW-1 is also completed. Ms. Bhosale, on instructions, states that the prosecution intends to examine a maximum of 10 to 12 witnesses.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Bhosale, Ms. Anjali Patil, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. 24th February 2026

Since the trial has already commenced and considering the sensitivity of the case, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months.
