Heard Mr. Waskar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for State.

Mr. Waskar would inform the Court that Applicant has developed a cyst and abscess on the neck. Applicant is suffering from Tuberculosis.

The concerned Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the Jail Hospital where the Applicant is presently lodged shall examine the Applicant and prepare a detailed report regarding his current health status and the treatment undertaken. The said report shall be placed before the Court on or before 12.03.2025 to enable it to consider the Bail Application of the Applicant on medical grounds.

Learned APP shall inform the concerned official to obtain the medical report.
