This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.882 of 2024 registered with Malad Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2) and 64(1) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
