By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C.R. No.625/2023 registered in Paud Police Station under Section 302, 307 and 506 of IPC. Said crime is registered as Sessions Case No. 679 of 2023. 3.

After having heard the matter for substantial time and upon this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to grant bail, Mr. Pratik Deshmukh learned Advocate for the Applicant sought a pass-over to take instructions from the Applicant.

Matter was called out after some time. Mr. Pratik Deshmukh learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court, in the event of change of circumstances. Ms. Shilpa G. Talhar, learned APP does not object to the liberty as sought for by the Applicant. Leave to withdraw the bail application is granted, with the liberty as prayed. If a fresh Bail Application is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court, on the ground of change in circumstances, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
