This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.201 of 2019 registered with Shrinagar Police Station, Thane for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Applicant is incarcerated for more than 5 years. He is 76 years.
