Mr. Haldankar, learned APP informs the Court that trial is virtually at the end stage and would be completed in the next 6 weeks. In order to ensure that the Trial Court is directed by this Court in view of the status of the trial having been recorded in the order dated 07.03.2025 to complete the trial within a period of 2 months. 3.

Needless to state that, if the trial is not completed within the aforesaid period, Applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh Application for bail.
