Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that there has not been any progress in the trial despite the order dated 23 January 2024 passed by this Court, requesting the learned Sessions Judge to commence and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of the order. Learned Counsel submits that charge has yet not been framed.
