After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Sudeep Pasbola, learned senior counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after a period of six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
