Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, seeks time to take instructions from the Investigating Officer as to the stage of the trial in the Trial Court.

Mr. Prashant Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant in Bail Application No.2694 of 2025, states that this is the third time that an adjournment is sought. This is the second bail application filed by the Applicant and grounds of seeking bail are essentially that there is a long incarceration and he has been granted liberty to file a fresh bail application if the trial is not concluded within one year by an order dated 27th June 2024. He further submits that only one witness, out of 45 witnesses, has been examined.

In these circumstances, it is noted that this is the last opportunity granted to the State to espouse their cause. 4.
