Heard Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Dr. Ashvini Takalkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.

This matter was taken up out of turn on the request of Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, who had submitted that the Applicant is entitled for bail on the ground of parity.

Dr. Ashvini Takalkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that the order dated 7th March 2025, relied on by the Applicant granting bail to Accused-Mayank A. Goyal in Criminal Bail Application No. 747 of 2025, is not applicable to the Applicant Gitalaxmi
