The applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime No.353/2021 registered with Warora Police Station, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly the present applicant has filed this application on the ground of delay in trial. However, it appears that in the month of January, 2025 three witnesses are examined. The learned Counsel appearing for the victim Rgd.

Order 160226ba747.25 informs that till date, 8 witnesses have been examined. The applicant has committed similar type of offence previously also i.e. in the year 2014 and 2017, and in one of the case he was also convicted and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for 8 years.

Considering this fact, ends of justice would be served by requesting the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of 6 months. The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to inform this order to the concern Court. 5.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of. 6.

Fees of both the appointed Counsel be quantified and paid as per Rules.
