Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and perused the status report which shows that four witnesses are already examined. The status report was forwarded in detail which shows that on several occasions either the accused who are on bail are absent and their presence were secured by issuing NBW or various applications are filed prior to their absence.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is arrested on 05.01.2020, the Trial Court shall proceed with the trial expeditiously and the defence Counsel shall cooperate with Trial Court in proceeding with the Trial without seeking an unnecessary adjournment. The Trial Court shall also consider

The Application is disposed of.
