At the outset, it is pointed out to me that there is inherent mistake in showing the representation on behalf of Respondent State in the order dated 04.04.2025. In appearance clause as also in paragraph No. 1 of the said order, the name of "Mr. Shreeram Shirsat" is wrongly mentioned as appearing for Respondent - State instead of Mr. Hitendra J. Dedhia, learned APP. In view thereof, the name of "Mr. Shreeram Shirsat" be replaced with the name of "Mr. Hitendra J. Dedhia".
