The learned APP, on instructions from the investigating officer present in the Court, apprises the Court that two witnesses have already been examined by the trial Court in the present proceedings. In view of this statement, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to renew the request after a period of six months, in the event the trial has not attain finality by then. Leave, as prayed, is granted. Accordingly, the present bail application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such with liberty as aforesaid.
