After hearing the arguments for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the reliefs as prayed, Mr. Taraq Sayed, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Application. Permission to withdraw is granted.

Since the Applicant is about 77 years of age and arrested on 13th March 2023 and till date, even charges are not 1st October 2025

19-BA-771-2025.doc framed, the Trial Court is directed to frame charges within a period of 3 months from the date on which this order is presented to it.

Thereafter, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application if the trial does not progress substantially within one year from today.
