The learned A.P.P. submits that during the pendency of this application, the prosecution has already filed the charge-sheet. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file the fresh application before the Sessions/Trial Court.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

If such application is filed, the Trial/Sessions Court shall endeavour to decide it within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such application.
