It appears that instead of filing application before the trial Court, the applicant has filed the application before this Court, directly as there was liberty granted by this Court by order dated 10/02/2025. It is expected that the applicant shall approach first to trial Court and then to this Court in case his application is rejected by trial Court. 2.

Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the present application with liberty to apply before the trial Court.
