The applicant has filed this application for grant of bail. 2.

This is second bail application filed by the applicant on the ground of delay in trial.

After going through the status report, it appears that two accused who were released on bail are absconding and the process of proclamation is in progress. Because of their non-appearance before the Court, charge is not yet framed.

Considering the role played by this applicant and the reason for delay when disinclination is shown, the learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file bail application before the trial Court if the trial has not commenced within six months after excluding the vacation period.
